Denver work
Denver light is bright and clear, and the air is thin and dry, so contrast is high and skies are often a deep blue. That helps exteriors, but it also means harsh shadows on north sides and windows that are much brighter than the rooms behind them. West-facing views can include the mountains, and when they do we pull the window so the view is visible, without adding mountains that aren't there.
Winter brings a different set of fixes. Snow throws a blue cast into shadows and confuses white balance, and dormant lawns turn brown for months. We correct the snow to white and keep the season honest unless your brokerage allows something else. The city mixes older brick homes and Denver Squares with modern infill houses and townhomes, which means a lot of tight interiors and narrow lots shot with wide lenses, so straight verticals matter here.
How a Denver job runs
- You send a few sample images, the full count and the look you want.
- We reply with questions or a written quote and a delivery date.
- We edit a small test set first so you can approve the recipe.
- The full set follows, edited to the approved test, with one round of fixes included in the quote.
Files move through shared folders or transfer links, and we book calls in Mountain time. We have no studio or office in Denver, and the work doesn't need one: you shoot, upload, and get edited files back.

Questions
What time zone do you work in for Denver?
Calls are booked in Mountain time. Everything else happens by email and shared folders.
Can you make winter listing photos look like summer?
We correct color and snow, but we don't replace the season on listing photos, because buyers will see the real yard. Product and portrait work is a different matter; tell us what you need.
Ask for a quote
Cost depends on how much work each image needs, how many images there are and how quickly you need them back, so every job gets its own written quote.
