1. Brief and quote
You send a few sample files, the image count, the type of work and references for the look. We check for anything that changes the work, such as glass products, mixed lighting or a tight deadline, and send a written quote with scope, revision rounds and a delivery date. Nothing starts until you accept it.
2. Test set
We edit a small number of images first, usually the hardest ones in the set. You mark what to change: warmer skin, a softer shadow, a tighter crop. Once you approve the test, it becomes the written recipe for the rest of the job.
3. Full set
Every image is edited to the recipe and checked against the approved test before delivery. Any file that can't be brought to the same standard, for example one that is badly out of focus, is flagged with a note so it doesn't slip through.
4. Revisions and delivery
You review the set and send any fixes in one list. The quote states how many revision rounds are included; extra rounds are quoted before we do them. Final files come back through a shared folder in the formats and sizes you asked for.
Files and formats
| We accept | We deliver |
|---|---|
| Raw files from most cameras (CR2, CR3, NEF, ARW, RAF, ORF, DNG), JPEG, TIFF, PSD, plus Lightroom catalogs or presets on request | JPEG, PNG, TIFF or layered PSD; sRGB, Adobe RGB or another profile; your sizes and naming |
Sending files
Large raw sets are best sent through a shared cloud folder or a transfer link. Keep one folder per job, product line or property, and include a short text file if some images need special handling.
Your images
Your files are used only for your job. We don't post them, share them or use them as samples. If part of the work goes to a production partner, they work under a confidentiality agreement. See the privacy policy.
